Death Caused by Incompatible Blood Transfusion: Nurse Faces Trial for Medical Negligence

The consequences were devastating for the patient, who developed severe haemolytic shock followed by multiple organ failure. Despite medical efforts, the patient died five days after receiving the incompatible transfusion.
