Delivery Policy

This delivery policy describes how SeniorHelp (operated by SC ANYMAG DIGITAL SOLUTIONS SRL) delivers its digital services to users and partner companies, in accordance with Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, EGO 34/2014 on consumer rights and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Service type

SeniorHelp is a digital directory platform (SaaS). We do not deliver physical goods — all our services are accessible online via the website and dashboard. There are no shipping, packaging or physical delivery costs.

2. Account and subscription activation

  • Free account: activated instantly upon completion of the registration form.
  • Paid subscription (Essential, Pro, Premium): activated automatically after Stripe payment confirmation — typically in under 1 minute, max 5 minutes for webhook propagation.
  • In rare Stripe webhook delays, the account is activated manually within 24 hours, and we offer full refund if we exceed this interval.
  • Activation confirmation is sent by email, and the current plan is visible immediately in /dashboard/abonament.

3. Invoice delivery

Fiscal invoices are issued automatically by our partner SmartBill in series SHLP, immediately after payment confirmation. They are:

  • Sent to the billing email entered in the Billing data section.
  • Downloadable anytime from /dashboard/abonament → Invoice history.
  • Automatically submitted to SPV (ANAF e-Factura), per Romanian fiscal law (EGO 120/2021 as amended).

4. Public content access

All public platform content — nursing home and provider profiles, maps, articles, glossary, calculators, AI assistant "Hermina" — is available 24/7, free and without account.

For paid subscribers we contract a min 99% monthly uptime SLA. In case of major downtime beyond SLA, we credit the user's account proportionally to the unavailability duration.

6. Delays and remedies

In rare technical issues (e.g. Stripe webhook not delivered, SmartBill invoice generation error), we apply:

  • Proactive email notification to the user.
  • Manual account activation within 24h.
  • Invoice re-issuance within 3 business days.
  • Full refund if we exceed the above intervals and the user requests it.
