Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (with proration calculated by Stripe). Downgrades apply at the next renewal, with no data loss.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep access to your current plan until the end of the paid period. Nothing is charged afterwards. Profiles remain online on the Free plan.
How do I receive my invoice?
The invoice is issued automatically via SmartBill in the SHLP series and sent to your billing email. View all invoices in the dashboard under Subscription.
I am VAT-registered — does VAT appear separately on the invoice?
Yes. If you are VAT-registered, the invoice includes a breakdown: net amount + 21% VAT. For non-VAT payers, the total is a single amount inclusive of VAT.
How many profiles can I have under one subscription?
Each plan includes a fixed number of profiles: Free=1, Essential=2, Pro=4, Premium=6. If you have multiple locations under the same account, you can add an 'Extra profile' at +49 RON/month each (available on Essential, Pro and Premium). Manage from dashboard → Subscription.
How does the 'Extra profile' add-on work?
Press 'Add profile' in the Subscription dashboard → payment is made immediately (proration calculated by Stripe) against the existing card. The additional profile is synchronised in Stripe as a separate Subscription Item. You can remove add-ons at any time — you receive a credit on your next invoice.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Automatic recurring payment is by card only (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). For enterprise clients with high volume, please contact us.
