Frequently asked questions

Can I work as a social worker without a CNASR attestation?
No. Practising without CNASR registration and a valid attestation is punishable. The file includes the degree, a CV, a criminal-record certificate and ID documents.
What distinguishes a social worker from a social-work technician?
The technician (COR 341201) has secondary studies and implementation duties; the degree-holding social worker independently draws up the individual plan and bears autonomous legal responsibility.
Can training credits be earned online?
Yes, CNASR also accredits online training providers, including some recognised international courses.
