- Monitoring daily vital signs and recording medical data;
- Administering medication in accordance with the prescribed treatment plan;
- Carrying out medical treatments and procedures (e.g. dressings, infusions, injections);
- Providing first aid in emergency situations;
- Collaborating with doctors and other specialists to ensure a personalised care plan for each resident;
- Informing and educating residents and their families about health conditions and care plans;
- Actively participating in periodic medical assessments of residents;
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents;
- Adhering to hygiene and occupational safety regulations.
