For families entitled to funeral assistance through the pension voucher scheme, we work in accordance with the established procedures. We organise complete funeral ceremonies, including catering services, coliva (traditional memorial cake), and memorial meals. We provide a catafalque, a refrigerated coffin lid, and a cold storage room, ensuring appropriate conditions throughout the preparation period.
