Association of Private Social Services Providers (PFPSS)

The Association of Private Social Services Providers (PFPSS) represents, supports and promotes the interests of private social services providers in Romania. Our mission is to be the voice of the private sector in the social and medical field, to provide strategic and legal support, and to contribute to the sustainable development of services for vulnerable people, the elderly, children and local communities.

Representation and advocacy

We represent members before central and local public authorities, participate in legislative consultations and promote a legal framework favourable to private providers. PFPSS is actively involved in the legislative process regarding social and medical services, ensuring that the voice of the private sector is heard and respected.

Consultancy and support for providers

We provide legal and fiscal consultancy, support for accreditation and licensing, as well as guidance in accessing non-reimbursable or European funds. Association members benefit from guides, resources and essential information to successfully navigate the complex legislative framework.
