NursingHelp is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for the whole senior-care ecosystem, with 4 interconnected account types: (1) residential care homes — resident file, care plan per HG 268/2026, eMAR, medication, vitals, invoicing + compliance (ANSPDCP, MMFTS, Ministry of Health, DSP); (2) home-care agencies — visits, optimised GPS routes, check-in/out with signature, service packages; (3) family members — portal with daily status, vitals, messaging with the medical team, weekly reports; (4) seniors — their own record + the Hermina companion. Hermina by NursingHelp is the platform's cognitive module: games, conversational chat, longitudinal tracking — used directly by seniors, families and STAFF. Hermina is what the resident and family see; the rest of the platform is what the centre or agency operates.

Hermina is available in 3 ways: (1) through the care home using NursingHelp — free for residents, integrated with the medical file; (2) a family subscription for a senior living at home — full tracking + family alerts + doctor's report; (3) an individual subscription for a senior who wants just their own tracking, without family or a care home. SeniorHelp is the free public platform (seniorhelp.ro) — care home directory, articles, guides, pension calculator, plus demo cognitive games with results stored only in the current browser session. Hermina by NursingHelp is the companion app that keeps results in the cloud, offers real longitudinal tracking, family alerts, a PDF doctor's report and more games. SeniorHelp = public information; Hermina = an active cognitive monitoring tool.

There are several cognitive training apps for seniors (both globally and locally). What differentiates Hermina by NursingHelp: (1) it is part of a complete management and compliance platform for care centres — cognitive data integrates automatically with the medical file, care plan per HG 268, activity scheduling, invoicing and compliance reports; (2) it is built for the specific requirements of the Romanian market — HG 268/2026 compliance, ANSPDCP, MMFTS, standardised contracts; (3) it includes conversational AI chat (not just games) — Hermina talks to the senior, reads news, reduces loneliness; (4) pricing in RON and the option to invoice through the care centre.

Yes. When you play on SeniorHelp, your scores are saved anonymously on our servers (with the browser session ID). When you install Hermina by NursingHelp and create an account with the same email used on SeniorHelp, the system automatically imports your history.

NursingHelp is currently in Beta 2.0 — full free access to all modules until the official launch (responsive web app: phone, tablet, desktop). The native mobile version (iOS + Android) follows later. The family member has their own account with the "FAMILY MEMBER" role and can view the senior's activity only with the senior's explicit consent (GDPR). They see: cognitive scores from recent sessions, the monthly progress chart, automatic alerts if scores decline, the daily activity log from the care home (if the senior is a resident), communication history with Hermina (with consent), unfulfilled medication reminders. They do NOT see private conversations with Hermina without separate consent.

No. Hermina is informational and educational, not a medical diagnostic tool. Cognitive scores are indicators (similar to weighing yourself at home), not a diagnosis. For a full clinical assessment, a consultation with a neurologist or psychiatrist is required. The PDF report for the doctor is a support for the consultation, not a replacement for it.
