Centrul de Îngrijire Seniori, Maria Theresia, is expanding its team! We are looking for a dedicated and passionate General Nurse to join us in providing quality care and support to our elderly residents.

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring daily vital signs and recording medical data;

- Administering medication in accordance with the prescribed treatment plan;

- Carrying out medical treatments and procedures (e.g. dressing changes, infusions, injections);

- Providing first aid in emergency situations;

- Collaborating with doctors and other specialists to ensure a personalised care plan for each resident;

- Informing and educating residents and their families about health conditions and care plans;

- Actively participating in periodic medical assessments of residents;

- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents;

- Adhering to hygiene and workplace safety standards.

Requirements:

- Diploma in General Nursing;

- Valid OAMGMAMR membership certificate and current annual authorisation;

- Previous experience in an elderly care centre is an advantage;

- Excellent communication skills and empathy;

- Ability to work as part of a team and manage stressful situations;

- Flexibility and availability for day and night shifts.
